Hold seminars and workshops with distinct objectives

It is important to have an integrated understanding of “diversity management” in order to encourage “diversity management that contributes to corporate growth.”
In order to specify what this entails, it is necessary to reform the awareness of the management team. As such, we are considering holding executive seminars and workshops aimed at improving performance and understanding the knowledge behind “diversity management.”
For both management and general employees as well, we will hold seminars and workshops led by external experts aimed at “tolerating diverse value standards,” and work to deepen the understanding of “diversity management” across the whole company.
Additionally, we will hold regular efficacy assessments for these initiatives, identify issues across the company, and work on making improvements.
