The plans, future prospects, strategies, etc. of our group are plans and prospects related to future business performance, and these are based on judgments made using information available at the time; except for content related to past or present facts. Therefore, future business performance, etc. may differ due to various risks, changes in uncertain factors, changes in economic conditions, etc.
4. News embargo
In order to prevent the leakage of financial information and ensure fairness, our company has a ’embargo’ that begins on the day after the end of the fiscal year (including quarterly accounting periods) and ends on the day of the financial results announcement. During this period, we refrain from answering questions or making comments regarding financial results. However, if there is a significant change in the earnings forecast during the quiet period, we will make an appropriate announcement in accordance with disclosure rules.
