The AGP Group aims to become a trusted company that plays a role in airport infrastructure functions through its high technological capabilities and contributions to the environment and society, and to deliver the technology it has cultivated to protect airport safety throughout Japan and overseas.
Long-term vision
Based on the outline of the ‘Long-term Vision 2025’, we are working to ensure the soundness of the management of the entire group and to improve efficiency. In addition, in March 2021, we announced the “Action Guidelines with a view to the ‘Long-term Vision 2025′”, aiming to contribute to the environmental society with advanced technology by clarifying business goals and expanding business areas outside airports and overseas.
In addition, in line with the acceleration of business structure reform, we are aiming to further strengthen our management base by reviewing organizational management and business operation management, in order to improve the attainment of business results.
In order to achieve these goals, we have established the following corporate governance system based on the recognition that enhancing corporate governance is a key management issue, and we will strive to establish a management system that is highly sound, transparent, and efficient, including fulfilling our management responsibilities and accountability to our shareholders and other stakeholders.
